Cozy air-conditioned apartment for 6 people, ideal to enjoy your holidays in SALOU - LA PINEDA with friends or family who are looking for tranquility, 200 m from the beach, a few meters from bus stops. 2 km from Port Aventura and its golf course and the Aquopolis water park.

Accommodation

Fully equipped and air-conditioned apartment, with a capacity of 6 people. The house consists of:

- 1 double room with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe.

-1 room with double bed with built-in wardrobe.

- Dining room with access to terrace, equipped with table, chairs, TV, motorized blind and air conditioning.

- Double sofa bed in the living room.

- Full bathroom with shower.

- Equipped kitchen

-Communal swimming pool

-Community parking (unassigned space)



The environment

The apartment is located in Cap Salou, 200 meters from the beach, around it you will find restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic vacation with family or friends, they have the Aquopolis water park 2km away, Port Aventura 15 minutes by car, leisure.

200 m to the beach, 900 mtr to the city center, 10 km to the airport, 50 m to the supermarket, 200 m to the bus station, nudist tourism, family tourism, charming accommodation

Salou, the capital of the Costa Daurada, is certified as a Family Tourism Destination. Thus, young and old alike will be able to live an unforgettable experience walking along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other great activities.









House's rules:

1º. We are available for any questions with the objective that you have a pleasant stay.

2º. The apartment is rented with sheets, towels are optional (€4 pax)

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4º. When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6º. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7º. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
