Owl Meadows is Telluride's premier address. Located on the western end of Historic Telluride and just steps from grocery, lifts, shopping dining and more. Attention has been paid to every detail with the finest finishes and appointments.

This 3BR/3.5 Bath residence is laid out in three levels with entry, garage and guest bedroom on the first level; master and second bedroom on the middle level and beautiful soaring living room on the top level. Master has king-size bed with en suite bath with steam shower; guest bedroom 1 has queen bed with en suite bath with steam shower and guest bedroom 2 has bunk with lower queen and upper twin and private bath. Bathrooms are supplied with luxurious, Egyptian cotton towels and Eco bath amenities.

The sunny, living area has high-ceilings, wide south facing deck with ski area views, large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, cozy and contemporary decor and living room views to the west. Dining table seats 6- 8 comfortably plus additional bar stools at the breakfast counter. Kitchen is modern and well- equipped with high-end, stainless steel appliances, gas stove and sub-zero refrigerator. Powder room and pantry nook complete the picture on the top floor! Stone, wood and tiled floors throughout with in-floor radiant heat is an added luxury.

Great for our family

We love Telluride. We come every year. We’ve stayed in the Owl Meadows complex several times. This was our first time at this condo. It did not disappoint. Nice views, clean, over solid. Would stay again.

Outstanding Telluride rental

The condo is in a beautiful spot in Telluride, with easy access to Clark's market. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent LR/kitchen dining area on the top floor for everyone to gather. Very helpful hosts.

Great time in Telluride

Loved this condo! Very clean and well appointed with super responsive property management. It is a ways from the gondola, but the shuttle picks up half a block away.. and the view down the valley so great. Definitely recommend

Great Place for our Family Vacation with adult kids

We loved the layout of this 3 story townhome. It was clean, lovely and had everything we needed. The views of the sunrise were amazing! It worked beautifully for our adult kids! We walked 3 minutes to lift 7 everyday, we walked 15 minutes to dinners and Clark’s Market was a a convenient 3 minute walk!

Great Location and house design for adults !!

This home sits on the edge of downtown area. Totally walkable to festival and downtown area. I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom and shower. The condo needs a little love but but totally enjoyed the space. Property management quickly responded to a few small issues.

Lovely Telluride property

This lovely condo within walking distance of ski lifts works perfectly for a group. The common area on the top floor is comfortable and well appointed. Great kitchen. Very nice bedrooms with heated floors and steam showers. An awesome place to return after a day of skiing. Would recommend to anyone.

There were many good things about this condo. The location was quite good. It was only about a 10-15 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, etc. downtown. It was an easy walk to lift 7 for rapid access to skiing, or alternatively a few more steps to the sheltered shuttle bus pickup site to be taken to the base of the gondola, running every 15 minutes. We had actually stopped in Montrose to pick up additional family members from the airport and decided to do grocery shopping there, thinking it would have more selection at less of a cost markup. However, when we did go to the very close market (only a few minutes walk away) we were amazed regarding the very large selection and overall reasonable prices as well. The condo itself had 3 on-suite bedrooms (1 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor) so that everyone could easily have time alone. Everyone remarked upon the quite comfortable beds. On the third floor was the spacious open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. I was pleasantly surprised to also see many staples, condiments, spices, etc. in the pantry and refrigerator that could be used without having to buy entire containers for only one week of use.The major con was insulation/noise issues. Although we did not wear shoes or boots in the house the repetitive climbing of 3 flights of stairs by everyone was noisy. On the third floor one could hear conversations of people walking on the street

Summer in Telluride

This is our second summer to spend at Owl Meadows #2. It is our favorite place to stay by far. It a beautifully appointed home, with an amazing view of the valley floor. Victoria is a dream to work with and makes sure everything is wonderful. The proximity to the grocery store and town is ideal. We love this spot and can’t wait to be back. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We are grateful!!

Fantastic all around

We visited Xmas week with our 16 and 18 year old kids. The place “rocks” (as our kids said) all around. From the layout, to the modern feel, to the location, everything was perfect. Had a car but rarely used it. Walked everywhere - 5 minutes to Lift 7, 10 minutes to town, 15 to gondola. Right around corner from market and several restaurants (There, Siam, etc). We could be together as a family or kids could do their own thing. Loved it. Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you!

Annual family ski trip

We stayed in another Owl Meadows unit last year, and loved the layout and location. Additionally, at this price point, our expectations were high. We were not disappointed. The unit was gorgeous, exactly as advertised and perfect for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked which was great since we like to cook in a fair amount. Beds were comfy. All the appliances worked well. One tiny suggestion - a bench or some sort of combo bench/cubby system on the lower level would be a welcome addition. Seven of us getting geared up every morning for skiing was a little challenging with nowhere to sit. Perhaps in the corner between the two doors instead of the little accent table? We had a great time - thank you!

Beautiful Views and Comfortable Stay

Beautifully decorated condo with a great bedroom and bathroom setup. The condo is on the edge of town but still only a short walk and it was nice to be a little away from the Main Street.

Amazing family ski vacation!

This was the perfect rental property. Under 5 minute walk to lift 7, about 13 minutes or less to every place in town. This town house was beautiful and well maintained and had everything we might need, including condiments and other kitchen basics. Highly recommend!!

Great in town rental

Loved this modern and beautifully decorated house, comfy beds, great linens. We used the shuttle to get to the gondola each day and it was really convenient. The property manager was really responsive to any questions I had.

Winter ski getaway with teen daughter and college grad sons.

We loved spending time with our extended family in Telluride while staying at Owl Meadows. This unit is clean and beautifully furnished. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the stunning views while enjoying time with family and friends. We can’t wait for our next visit!

A perfect place to stay in Telluride

The property is exactly as promised. It's an easy walk to the slopes and to downtown Telluride. The top floor has a breathtaking view, and is a perfect spot for the group to gather.
