This lovely, end-terrace cottage rests in Port Isaac, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
1 Tintagel is a marvellous, end-terrace cottage sitting on the coast in Port Isaac, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms, including a double with an en-suite bathroom, double and twin, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is a designated parking place for one car, and an enclosed lawn. For a coastal break to look back on in the years to come, look no further than 1 Tintagel.
Amenities: Electric central heating with underfloor heating and open fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine. TV, DVD player, Amazon Alexa, WiFi. Fuel & power inc, in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated parking space for 1 car. no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.1 mile, beach 0.3 miles. Enclosed lawn with a garden sofa, hanging chair and fire pit. Note: There are steep steps down to front door - care should be taken with children. Note: The private & designated parking space is a short distance from the property and is on a very small grass slope, there is slight chance of it being slippery when it rains. Note: The gardening at the property is done every few weeks on a weekday by trusted private contractors, they will need to gain access to the garden through the house, if you would prefer this not to happen during your stay, please contact the office
