It's great to know the beds were comfortable and that the garage space was useful, even if access was a bit tricky. We’re sorry to hear about the areas that didn’t quite meet expectations. As a self catering property, there is a starter amount to get you through the first few days, these are to be replenished by guests. Regarding the burst pipe, we’re very grateful for your understanding and are glad the emergency contact and plumber were able to resolve the issue quickly. We know how disruptive that must have been, especially late at night, and we appreciate your patience.
