The apartment is fully equipped with lift, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, 1 TV. The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

In this neighbourhood, there is an architectural marvel that attracts millions of tourists, more than 4 million a year, La Sagrada Familia. So there are plenty of reasons to say that staying at the foot of this world monument and having complete views of the basilica from its terrace is a privilege. The pedestrian and striking Gaudí Avenue and the Modernist Complex of Sant Pau are two unavoidable places very close by. And the fact is that the Dreta de l'Eixample is not only the most central area of Barcelona, but it is the heart of Catalan modernism; It is a neighbourhood of culture and living architecture, offering an unparalleled gastronomic, leisure and cultural variety.



Please take into account the following important information before booking:



- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



- Baby cot:

Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it



-Extra guest:

Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.



- Late arrival:



Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.



- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.



- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).



The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
