Situated on the edge of the authentic mountain village of Saas-Grund, the property enjoys a sunny and quiet position with an incomparable panoramic view of the majestic Mischabel mountain chain, home to the Dom, the highest peak in Switzerland at 4545 metres above sea level. The apartment complex carries a 4-5 star rating and has been designed to the highest contemporary standards, ensuring that every detail of your stay reflects sophistication and comfort. The apartment itself stands out for its generous layout, featuring a spacious and separately located kitchen with a dining area set within a charming bay window, a large living room graced by an elegant fireplace, and 3 comfortable double bedrooms. 2 well-appointed bathrooms serve the property, one of which is equipped with a whirlpool, shower, toilet and double sinks, while the second features a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment is furnished with a comprehensive range of top-notch amenities, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, table grill with raclette oven, fondue set, flat-screen TV and radio. Complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity is provided throughout the apartment, keeping you seamlessly connected during your stay. Guests of the complex also benefit from access to a well-maintained yard with a dedicated seating area and barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels are all included, along with all extras such as electricity.

Shared outdoor spaces within the complex include a garden equipped with a comfortable seating area and a barbecue, offering a convivial space for outdoor dining and relaxation. During the winter months, the 26 km cross-country ski trail runs directly past the property, allowing you to step straight into the landscape and begin your alpine adventure with ease. Numerous hiking routes can also be undertaken directly from the house, making the outdoors an extension of your living space throughout every season.

Within the Apartments Arcadia complex, a range of shared facilities are available to enhance your stay. A small fitness room provides the opportunity to maintain your wellness routine, while an infrared sauna offers a deeply restorative experience after a day on the slopes or the trails. A small library with a games corner and play area is also available, making the property well suited to families and guests of all ages. Parking is available on site, with a car park accessible to all guests of the complex. Regarding holiday taxes, during the summer season from 01.06. to 31.10., the applicable rate is CHF 7 per day for adults and CHF 3.50 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. During the winter season from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per day for adults and CHF 2.25 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. Upon payment of this obligatory holiday tax at the time of your arrival, you will receive your SaastalCard, which grants you total holiday freedom throughout the Saastal valley.

The famous chapel path departs directly from the area and leads to the glacier village of Saas-Fee in just under an hour, offering a scenic and culturally rich walking experience through the alpine landscape. Several restaurants and all the necessary shops are located in the nearby village, ensuring that daily conveniences are always close at hand.
