This cosy one-bedroom apartment with off-site garage parking has a small courtyard ideal for evening cocktails making this the perfect base for a romantic getaway.

The open plan living area, with the kitchen and dining area, has a comfortable sofa and wall mounted Smart TV, ready to play all your favourite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment. The dining table and chairs which can be pulled out for ease. The master bedroom has a double bed with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom which is fitted with a shower, wash hand basin and WC.

The courtyard has a table and two chairs, a lovely area to dine al fresco in the warmer months. There is also an outside storage area, ideal for surfboard, push bikes, prams/buggies and beach supplies.
