IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating and electricity at this property is €10 per day during the off-peak season and €5 per day during the peak season. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdowns of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 per property must be paid to the local Owner/Property Manager before check-in. This may be arranged by pre-authorising a credit card 48 hours before arrival, or it may be collected on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, the security deposit may increase to €500 per property.
