Welcome to Uptown Sea View by Homie.



With a superb view over Funchal and the ocean, our Uptown Sea View is located in one of the city's most prestigious areas. Very close to the centre, but also far enough away to have a peaceful and relaxed holiday, this is the ideal accommodation for 4 people.



Inside it has 2 bedrooms, a suite with a double bed and another bedroom with two separate beds. Two more bathrooms are available to our guests. The living room and dining room area is arranged in open space to facilitate socialising between family and friends. Finally, the kitchen is fully equipped and modernised to provide you with all the comfort you deserve!



With excellent outdoor areas, you will hardly need to leave home to enjoy the best that Madeira has to offer, the good weather!



However, if you want to explore the island, we always recommend that you use a rental car. This is the most practical way to feel like a true local. For this, the property has 2 parking spaces inside.



Very close to both the motorway and the city centre, you will be able to explore the Workers' Market, the Old Town and the entire Funchal city centre in just a few minutes.

Via the motorway, in just 35 minutes you will be on the West side of the island where nature, sun and sea await you!

Levadas such as the Levada da Serra do Faial and the Levada da Quinta do Palheiro Ferreiro are some of the levadas that start in the vicinity of the property.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
