Lovely home in the active adult community of Springfield. North/south exposure with a sunny south-facing patio. Recently remodeled with fresh paint, all-new furniture, and a bright white kitchen open to the dining and great room—perfect for relaxing or hosting. Bedroom one has a beach-themed queen setup with a full bath steps away. The master suite offers double-door entry, king bed, large TV, picture window to the private backyard, double sinks, walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Tile in high-traffic areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms. Full indoor laundry and a built-in desk for work or travel planning. Outside features an oversized covered patio with grill, lounge seating, and dining for six. Two-car garage.

A short walk takes you to the community center with pool, spa, gym, and pickleball. The executive golf course winds through the neighborhood, with a clubhouse that includes a restaurant and bar—great for casual meals or sunset drinks. This home books fast.

We were very satisfied with our visit. We would book the property again. The only negative was that the floors were dirty. Walk around the house and your feet or socks were black.

Wonderful Stay at Springfield

Great property - loved 55+ vibe! Unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a garage, full size fridge; washer / dryer (careful using dryer - our close got hot to the touch); cooking utensils. Unit could sleep as many as 4 comfortably. Management company is excellent and communicate clearly and promptly. Nice clubhouse with pool and exercise facility only a short walk from unit. Also about 2 mins away from a Kroger grocery store. Only downside is it is in South Chandler which equates to a minimum of 25 min drive to good hiking trails.

Thank you so much for the feedback. while it may be 25 min drive to some hiking places it not far from some amazing parks to enjoy the outdoors! i have asked our maintenance team to look into the dryer to ensure that is it not too hot for future guests. we love that you enjoyed yourselves with us and hope to see you again!

The house was lovely and very conveniently located to the community Recreation center. The neighbors were very helpful and friendly. The tile floors needed a good steam cleaning. We would stay there again. The Elite Staff was very prompt with answering any questions that we had.

Great location. It’s a quick walk to the Rec center and pool. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home is very comfortable and all the basics you need are provided. Property manager is readily available. We were extremely happy with our experience.
