Set amongst the owners' 60-acre farm and one of two retreats on the site, Exe Valley Retreat provides the perfect setting for a romantic escape in total peace and tranquillity. Enjoy spending quality time together in the stylish living space and seeking new adventures from the doorstep. Its idyllic location is perfect for those wishing to explore what Devon has to offer with rolling countryside, moors, valleys and spectacular beaches all within easy reach.
The space
Step inside this single-story studio and into the open-plan living space/bedroom where rustic chic meets modern luxury. You will be greeted by a beautifully designed lounge with a sumptuous sofa and two cosy armchairs, perfectly positioned around the Smart TV for those relaxing nights in. Adjacent to the lounge is the modern kitchen which provides all the essentials, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge and a two-seater dining table.

Meanwhile, the king-size bedroom is nestled under a canopy of exposed beams in a secluded area of the studio with only the finest soft furnishings, so a good night's sleep is always guaranteed.

Outside, you will have access to a delightful, south-facing courtyard.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

The driveway is slightly uneven, so low-to-the-ground vehicles are not recommended.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
