We are surrounded by great restaurants & bars in the Historic and Art district. Several public parking options available next to the building. We do not offer private parking. This location is totally walkable to all events - no need to uber or drive! You will find this condo to be one of a kind located in the famous "one of a kind" city - Nashville!

We had a great time with friends and family at this VRBO. It was a beautiful and spacious location. I would have liked to have been notified ahead of time of the parking issue. We did not know that there was no parking supplied (maybe I missed it in the description?). But the parking was very expensive as we had friends and family coming and going. But overall, everything was great.

Parking is not provided onsite but we have several great and affordable parking garages surrounded the condo in the heart of downtown that we are happy to recommend and yes, there are also some very expensive options as well! We all had a great time in Nashville! The place was a perfect location-close to Broadway etc! The apartment was perfect for 3 couples! We loved how it was decorated AND really enjoyed the pool table!!!

Perfect stay

We loved the house! It was so cozy, clean, and within walking distance to Broadway. The house had so much charm and plenty of space for three couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway in Nashville

We loved how close we were to everything. Great place and beautifully decorated. The living room is huge and so nice for our group of six to hang out and shoot pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to everything, walked everywhere. Nice we didn't have to worry about parking. Plenty of space, very clean and cozy. Would stay here again for sure...

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Our group of six stayed at this lovely condo which is a short walk to Broadway. It is well equipped and nicely decorated and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location

We stayed here with friends and it was a great location. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was really nice. The only complaint is there were not TV's in the smaller bathroom.
