WE DO NOT HAVE A HOT TUB!! Looking East from the balcony you can see all the way to the Gulf Shores Pier...and it is quite spectacular at nightime with the pretty lights.

First Master suite with king size bed Beachside has FIRM mattress) , 50" LG TV/DVD...so you can really relax after a fun day on the beach. We have French doors leading to your beachfront balcony from this bedroom.
Second suite (street side) has new king size bed with EXTRA FIRM mattress, 50" LG TV. there is an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo...and also a private balcony with French doors. You can sit and see the beach and the Gulf or see the street and the Little Lagoon...because the balcony is on the east side as well as the north side of the building.
Third bedroom has new queen size bed MEDIUM mattress and 42”LG TV.
Each suite has it's own attached bathroom and clothes closet for your convenience and complete privacy. Third suite also has attached bathroom

New Sleeper sofa in the living room and 65" FLAT SCREEN VIZIO TV

Kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops & backsplash. All appliances are included ,microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator fully stocked with dishes & cookware. We DO NOT have an ice maker in the freezer. However there are ice cube trays to make you own or there is and ice vending machine in the owner garage where you can buy a bag if you choose . Full size WASHER/DRYER (new March 2024) unit in the kitchen closet for your use.
Just bring your beach chairs, towels, sun glasses & sunscreen! Arrivals after 5:00 PM

You’ll need to purchase a $30 parking pass (good for up to 14 days) or $40 pass for up to 30 days ...per car... per stay from the parking attendant at the entry to complex. Each condo is allowed maximum 2 cars per unit. Parking is right beside building in a secure lot with blacktop surface. (max 2 cars per condo)
