The house is on one floor and is divided into two wings which are joined by the porch and the entrance to it. On the left side are the three rooms, one of the rooms is equipped with a double bed and the other 2 rooms are equipped with 2 single beds, each. There is a bathroom with a shower. On the right side, there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen has a dining area and the laundry room, from which there is access to the outside. There is an interior patio that connects the 2 parts of the house.

Already outside the house, it has a wide range of gardens with large palm trees, bonsai olive trees and the pool is located at the back, next to the barbecue and an outside toilet.
