Nestled amid the greenery of the Metalliferous Hills in the Upper Maremma, the Bellavista estate (550 m above sea level) overlooks the valley below and faces the historic Vecchienne farm.

The view is breathtaking—it was this very panorama that inspired the farmhouse’s name some two centuries ago: from the natural terrace on which it stands, a glimpse opens up over the valley that runs alongside the Cornia River all the way to the Gulf of Follonica, continuing toward the island of Elba and, on clear winter days, the mountains of Corsica.
Bellavista is an 18th-century farmstead; the vacation homes were created by renovating the barn. Sara, Paolo, and Francesco live in the main house, but the real owners are the horses, dogs, cats, and chickens that roam freely in perfect harmony and contribute to the warm welcome and hospitality extended to our visitors.
In particular, our guests can enjoy the products from our chickens: fresh eggs every morning and produce from our garden.

Amenities: - Swimming pool (until sunset);
- Linen change (on the fourth day);
- Washing machine;
- Wi-Fi;
- Television;
- Refrigerator;
- Hair dryer.

Excursions: Nearby, you can go on hikes along the nearby trails.

What to See:
- Metalliferous Hills;
- Maremma countryside;
- Baratti;
- geothermal power plants.

Hospitality: We are deeply committed to the concept of hospitality, and it is very important to us.
