Restored 3 bedroom stone house with large new kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Behind the house is a slightly elevated vegetable garden with a second terrace. Both offer sea views. There is a parking space right next to the house. Other cars have to park 50 m from the house. From the house you can walk down a path to the beach of Lariño. A couple of baker's cars pass in front of the house every day. In the village there are two grocery stores, 2 restaurants, 4 bars and a fruit shop.

The house includes bed linen and towels. The house has hardly any traffic, cars are obliged to pass at 10 km/h. Within a radius of 10 km there are several beaches, a surf school, the nearest large supermarket is 11 km away.
