When the weather allows, the courtyard-style paved garden becomes an extension of your living space - perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining under the stars.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature king-size beds. The third bedroom offers particular flexibility: the super king can split into two singles and includes a pull-out futon, making it adaptable for different group configurations. Simple, comfortable, and with space to properly unpack, exactly what you want after a day exploring the city.

Your Neighbourhood
You're ideally placed for the shops, restaurants, and bars of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road, which transforms into a pedestrianised haven during summer months. The weekly Antiques Market is a local treasure, and you'll find everything from a Marks & Spencer Simply Food to artisan butchers and traditional cheese shops within easy reach. A Sainsbury's Local sits near Clapham Junction for any essentials.

Green space is abundant. Wandsworth Common is approximately half a mile away, Clapham Common just beyond - both offering tennis courts, ponds for wildlife watching, and plenty of room to breathe. Venture to Battersea Park for its bandstand, cycling paths, and the striking Peace Pagoda with its four gilded bronze statues of the Buddha.

Transport links are excellent. Clapham Junction mainline station (0.6 miles) offers direct trains to Victoria and Waterloo, while Clapham South Underground (1.3 miles) connects you to the City and West End via the Northern Line in around 20 minutes.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
