Sleep 4 adults in a first floor apartment. This two double bedroom apartment is ideally located between the 2 fantastic beaches of Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch. It is literally a few minutes walk away from the charming marina and all the resort facilities. The communal pool is well maintained and child friendly. The quiet, spacious gardens (9500 yd2) have impressive pine trees that offer cooling shade. We offer you the chance to have a fun filled holiday as well as a relaxing time staying in our apartments on this wonderful island of Menorca. Our proposal is also highly recommended for groups, whether two or more families, sports teams, etc ... since we have 40 beds distributed in nine apartments, so fun is guaranteed ...

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Durch die super Lage sind beide StrƤnde von Cala en Bosc zu FuƟ zu erreichen. Der Hafen ist auch in unmittelbarer NƤhe, und ein kleiner, aber umfangreicher Supermarkt gehƶrt quasi zur Anlage dazu. Also alles super erreichbar, optimal fĆ¼r unsere Familie. Der Pool der Anlage ist groƟ, und man ist sehr bemĆ¼ht, alles sauber zu halten. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wĆ¼nscht, und der nette Verwalter hat uns mit jeder Menge guter Tipps fĆ¼r den Aufenthalt versorgt. Von uns ein klares "Daumen hoch", wir wĆ¼rden hier gerne nochmal einen Urlaub verbringen.

The perfect place to escape with the family

We hadden een heerlijke tijd met ons gezin. Het huisje was gezellig, goed uitgerust en lag op een prachtige plek. Met zee, zon en een zalig zwembad was het elke dag genieten. We maakten mooie wandelingen in de omgeving ā€” ideaal met kinderen, want alles was goed bereikbaar en veilig.Onze kinderen hebben zich geen seconde verveeld, er was genoeg ruimte om te spelen en te ontdekken. Ook de eigenaars verdienen een dikke pluim: super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar als we een vraag hadden. Hun warme ontvangst gaf echt een extra dimensie aan ons verblijf.We zijn helemaal opgeladen en nemen mooie herinneringen mee naar huis. Een plek om te koesteren ā€” we komen zeker terug!

Hemos estado del 30 al 06 de septiembre en el apartamento Julieta 4 y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Apartamento muy bonito y limpio, con una terraza muy agradable . Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden von Richard sehr freundlich empfangen! Er zeigte uns die Wohnung. Diese ist wirklich sehr schƶn und hell eingerichtet! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen! Der Pool direkt davor , war echt super! Und das Meer direkt in einigen Minuten zu erreichen, perfekt auch mit Kindern! Wir kƶnnen es nur empfehlen!

HĆ¼bsch eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und auch zum Verweilen geeignet. Wir haben dort einen schƶnen Urlaub auf der Terrasse verbracht, coronabedingt war es angenehm ruhig. Sehr netter Vermieter, problemlose und einfache Abwicklung des Formellen.

Great location for a relaxing holiday

Property was in virtually all respects exactly as we expected and wanted, we really enjoyed our stay here and would happily visit again. A pleasant complex, generally peaceful and well maintained, with small supermarket on site and another around the corner. Ideally located only a few minutes walk from a couple of pleasant beaches and the local marina with a good selection of restaurants. The accommodation itself is on the first floor, with an adequate balcony and an excellent walk-in shower which we really appreciated after a day on the beach. The only negatives: the double bed was actually two singles made up separately and pushed together rather than made up as one, and the wifi was slower than we are used to and rather unreliable on some of our devices, but overall we really enjoyed our stay here - well done to Richard, and thank you for letting us into the property as soon as we arrived which was a little early.

A relatively quiet area overlooking a spacious park. Large community pool and the best part is a short walk to two beautiful beaches. Highly recommend this place for all ages.

Great stay

Very clean apartment. Excellent location- 5 mins down a sandy path to beach and 10 mins to marina with lots of restaurant. Perfect for toddlers as baby pool /washing machine/ground floor apartments with access to playground.

Very convinient location, met all our requirements

I would like to start our review from special thanks to the Richard, the owner and manager from my family. We arrived in the deep night and he met us in person and put cold drinks to our fridge. He was very helpful and all the time available by mobile and he could be found in person in the small shop just around the corner, after supermarket Julia, but he is here only 3 days per week. The appartment is very convinient located. Car really isn't needed. It is 200 meters from Cala'n Bosch beach and 300 meters from San Xorbier beach (rocky enough). Between those 2 beaches there is very small wild beach, distance is about 200 meters. Btw, there is very hidden path to the Cala'n Bosch beach and distance will be even shorter. We found it at the end of our vacation. Path is in the bushes after swing in the square or park. Very similar distance to the Marina which is good served by shops, restaurants and bars. Here you will find doctor, she is partner of Techniker Krankenkasse, very convinient for people from Germany. Pharmacy is the next door to the doctor. When you leave apprtments and turn right by the street in 100 meters you will find Havana bar and cafe with park for the kids. Ticket price is 3 Euro for unlimited time. You can relax here with cold Mojito and watch for the children. We stayed for 14 days in Julieta second floor apartment. The view from the balcony at the rear of the apartment overlooked the pine trees garden, kid's play area and pool. The apartment has a safe. Next time on Menorca we will be only here !

Wonderful, quiet, clean, great for kids

Richard was wonderful and helpful, and his Mum is lovely. Supermarket (and daily ice creams) 100m from patio doors,, pool 50m from doors, lovely shady trees, clean appartment, spacious, lovely patio, we ate here all the time. We were family of 4, Kids 7 and 9 years, very happy and safe here. 2 beaches within 5 mins walk. Lovely marina full of cafes and resturants within 10 mins level walk, Playground for kids just past the very nice (waitrose standard!) supermarket, 150m. All lovely. An easy, affordable self catering holiday with young kids. Thank you Richard & Mum.

Excellent location, apartment met all our needs

The property is ideally located 250 yards from Cala'n Bosch beach and 400 from San xorbier beach, and a similar distance from the Marina which is well served by restaurants and bars. We stayed for 10 days in Julieta 4 which is a first floor apartment. We hardly spent any time in the lounge / diner as the balcony was pleasant both for breakfast and evening drinks. The view from the balcony at the rear of the apartment overlooked the pine tree lined garden / children's play area / pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment had a safe as this was not mentioned in the details. Richard (the owner) was very helpful when called on, and readily available as he could be found in the shop just around the corner. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I'd recommend seriously looking at these apartments.

Julieta apartments Cala'n Bosch

The apartment was very clean and tidy and provided good basic accomodation. Close to the pool and only a short walk to the nearest beach. The supermarket on the corner is extremely handy for breakfast food, shopping and takeaway pizza. Air-conditioniong would have improved things as the main bedroom fan is not really up to the job a, although a separate fan was provided for the second bedroom. Too hot to sleep at night during our stay without proper air-con. 1 or 2 more utensils e.g. a can opener ,would also help. No Barbecue as promised and although one was offered , there wasn't space to use it on the small balcony. Satellite TV only picks up basic World Service English speaking channels and some more (SKY) channels and a DVD player would also improve things. Overall, very nice but quite basic accomodation.

Relaxing holiday in the most beautiful location!

We had a very relaxing 2 week stay at the Julieta apartments. Richard met us on arrival and took us to our apartment, explained everything and made sure we were happy. The apartment living area was smaller than we thought it would be but then we were hardly there so it didn't matter. The bedrooms were spacious and the ceiling fans worked well and the bathroom was modern. It was also spotlessly clean! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and you could get a sunbed at anytime of the day so no getting up at stupid o'clock! We always liked to pull ours on to the grass and watch the children play in the pool - a lovely sized, very clean pool which never got crowded. These apartments are literally a 5 minute walk from 2 beaches with very safe swimming and the marina - we could have eaten at a different restaurant every night for the duration of our holiday and we still wouldn't have got round them all! The supermarket onsite sold every thing you could need and we thought it was very reasonable priced - the fresh bakery counter was a delight! We had a car for the 2 weeks we were here but it really isn't needed, although you really should get out and see what this beautiful place has to offer. I'm positive we will be back in the future, infact I couldn't imagine coming back to Menorca and staying anywhere else!
