Splendid and welcoming apartment with terrace in Murta Maria, just a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches in Olbia.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a residence equipped with a swimming pool a stone's throw from Marina Maria beach, is characterised by a covered terrace with a dining area where you can relax and enjoy the view of the majestic island of Tavolara. The living area consists of a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The sleeping area corresponds to a bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 1 July to 15 September, during the following hours 10-13 / 16-18. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The coastal locality of Murta Maria is located between two marine protected areas just a few steps from a cove with white sand, overlooking a small saltwater lagoon connected to the sea, a destination for herons and pink flamingos. Diving and underwater fishing allow you to admire the wrecks resting on the seabed of this bay, whilst hiking or horse riding inland offer contact with nature and breathtaking views. This area indeed offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers.

The Murta Maria area offers various types of accommodation, services, and restaurants where you can taste traditional specialities, and is a perfect location for visiting the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Not to be missed nearby are Le Saline, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi, Vacche beach and Capo Coda Cavallo.



Olbia airport is 11 minutes by car whilst the port is 16 minutes from the apartment.
