The houses have been modernized in the Scandinavian style built on two floors and wood-panelled walls and sloping ceilings create a bright and appealing atmosphere. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, Underfloor heating and sauna. Both from the corridor and from the Bedrooms open onto the terrace. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the kitchen/lounge area is located, from from which you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. Even more beautiful is the view from the loggia where you sit protected outdoors can. Use the binoculars to observe the shipping traffic. The living room has, among other things, a flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, a music system with CD player and MP3 connection as well as a Bioethanol fireplace that spreads cosy warmth on cool days. One Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The furnishings can vary, among other things there are different types of coffee machines in the houses. The house is equipped with high-speed WIFI access via fiber optics. Each house also has a car parking space. There is an activity centre in the complex.
