Small, charming brick house in Vesterhave by Karrebæksminde with water views. The house is furnished with open kitchen and living room overlooking the water. Possibility of extra bed in the living room. Open bedroom and loft. Bathroom with shower. There is a wood burning stove and underfloor heating. TV is only streaming via Chromecast. The area has a bit of & # 8221; colony garden atmosphere & # 8221; and there is a short distance to the beach, shopping and the cozy canal area with several good restaurants, bakeries and fishmongers. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
