Cozy holiday home for up to six guests in a peaceful area. The house features a welcoming open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for family time, with both dining and lounge spaces. The kitchen is equipped with an air fryer and an electric kettle. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream content from your own providers. From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace with seating and further on to the garden, which is fenced for the safety of small children and dogs. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with shower, an entrance hall, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor, you will find two sleeping places and a small desk on the landing, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed. You are only a few minutes’ walk (less than 190 m) from the small Sillerslev Marina, where a café is open during the summer months. Sillerslev Beach is located in the southern part of Mors, south of Nykøbing. The beach is highly recommended for swimming and is situated next to Sillerslev Harbour. It has Blue Flag status and offers facilities such as toilets, tables, benches, beach volleyball, and a bathing jetty. The shallow water makes it particularly child-friendly. There is also a playground and dining options at the harbour. Sillerslev Beach is also considered a paradise for surfers. The holiday home has a small outbuilding, but it is not accessible to guests.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
