Beautiful home with a gorgeous view - located a short stroll (3 blocks) from downtown. This modern, yet rustic retreat is perfect for groups and families wanting to be in the action of town, but feel like they are isolated on a meadow far from civilization.

This home has hiking and biking trails that start within 50 yards of the front door. The public picnic area and park are a block away. The Mill Pond and the Little Red Shops are all a short three block walk away.

The home is fully stocked for your next, perfect family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Graeagle! The house was perfect for our golf trip—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The accommodations were top-notch, the views were stunning, and we loved waking up each morning to deer wandering through the yard. The owners clearly know how to set up a home for the perfect vacation experience, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable trip.

Incredible home. Extremely clean and organized. My kids kept asking me to buy this home, lol. We spent as much time as we could in the backyard enjoying the beautiful view and the wildlife.

Such a magical place. It was tempting for a minute not to share how absolutely great it is!!! I booked this home after looking at all the pictures online, and thinking it looked really cool. I've had previous experiences with other rentals where you arrive at the house, and it doesn't quite live up to what you viewed online. The exact opposite was true with Brandee and Jeff's gorgeous home. The second you open the door you are hit with a stunning view, and so much warmth and charm. You truly feel like you're staying at a friend's home. We love to cook, and everything we needed to create some fantastic meals was on hand...a real Cook's kitchen. Our group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) were there to jointly celebrate Father's Day and our 45th wedding anniversary. We could not have wished for a better place to do so. Everything you need to do some great grilling is also out on Deck. The outside living spaces of this home are so comfortable and well appointed for hanging out and enjoying the gorgeous meadow views.We loved sitting under the starry skies by the outdoor fire pit at night. Inside or out, We never felt crowded. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are spa-like! The entire home was spotless clean upon arrival.The town of Graeagle is super quaint, and fun to explore. We enjoyed day hikes at Gold lake, and beautiful Upper Sardine. The whole area is so unspoiled, and so much less crowded than somewhere like Tahoe. We can't thank Brandee and Jeff enough!

Mother's Day celebration and Middle Fork Fishing with Grandsons

The home, location, wonderful view, deer along the fence line, big deck, corn hole tournaments, soccer field, around the corner, everything Graeagle has to offer. Just wonderful. Wish we had booked a week or a month!! See you next year!

Moms' Getaway

This house was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. We all felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the big space to be able to comfortably hang out together in the living room while doing puzzles, watching a movie, or just admiring the amazing view. We were also extremely appreciative of how well stocked the house was with cooking tools, amenities and more. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful, comfortable, and welcoming spot.

Everything was Fabulous!

This property was perfect for our group. We were in town attending my niece’s wedding. Beautiful home, all the necessities, clean, comfortable and great views. Communication with the host was prompt and excellent. I would definitely stay here again if we were coming to town!!

Beautiful property!

Perfect location. I can’t say enough nice things about this house. We loved waking up early to enjoy coffee in front of the fire and watch deer in the meadow.

Delightful Stay

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The house was absolutely beautiful, and very spacious. The pictures did not do it justice! I enjoyed cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the large and cook-friendly kitchen while watching deer in the meadow. My husband enjoyed tinkering with the woodburning stove. The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs. The house was large for the 4 of us- it could easily hold a larger group and would be great for entertaining! The neighborhood was very peaceful and centrally located, though this time of year most of the restaurants are closed for the season. As such, there isn’t much to do this time of year since there is no snow yet, it is too cold for golf/hiking, and it is a very small town with very limited services-note that you should bring groceries with you! However, the house was so delightful to hang out in that we didn’t need much else. As for constructive feedback, as some other reviewers noted, we also would have preferred some type of window covering for the downstairs bedroom and firmer pillows. Also, some of the information that was provided in the vrbo materials is no longer accurate, such as the keypad checkin and the trash disposal process. Overall, this was minor in the grand scheme of things. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return- probably in the summer when there is more to do.

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

Everything about the cabin was perfect: the layout, the decor, the location. We enjoyed 3 wonderful nights with family and friends, went hiking and swimming in the local lakes by day, and had cozy game nights by the fire pit by night. Would highly recommend this cabin for anyone traveling to the Graeagle area, we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property, inside and out!!

Wonderful place to have a multi-generational vacation- there's so much room, great spaces to all gather and to be separate. The backyard faces onto a huge meadow, has several comfortable areas to congregate, and swings and a hammock for all ages to enjoy. It's very close to town, and a short drive to gorgeous Lakes Basin hikes .

Amazing beyond our expectations

I reached out to Brandee over a year ago to book this house for my son's wedding at Twenty Mile House. This house was stunning - beyond our expectations. Everything from the location to the beautiful interior layout to the outside deck facing the meadows and the fire pit. We were able to entertain out of state visitors, host a small bbq and feel comfortable just relaxing. We didn't need a thing - you could walk to town...we were close to the wedding venue. I can't wait to stay there again! Simply the most ideal home we have stayed in on VRBO

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!

The pictures on vrbo do not give this property justice. It is stunning. Definitely 5 stars. Location is perfect also with a spectacular view of the meadow looking all the way across to where Frostee's is located (just to the right out of view). One suggestion, in the master bedroom (the master bathroom is FAB) perhaps some blinds or curtains so the occupant(s) has the option for a darker morning. Privacy is not an issue. Only notation would be that the cleaners need to there job a bit better. Guests before us clearly had a dog inside and I 'swiffered' twice while I we were there to collect dog hair. Good thing we do not have allergies. Making this note about the cleaners would in no way deter us from coming back to the property. It is excellent. My wife is already trying to find some time where we can go back.

Delightful Deluxe Location & Accommodations

From booking to check-in, this is a first class experience and property in a wonderful part of Northern California. The location is a wonderful combination of mountain views and open meadow plus walking distance to town! Our guests included a family from Thailand that had never played in the snow. The experience created by this splendid home was a lifetime memory for all. We'll be back!

We stayed here over the thanksgiving holiday. House is amazing, owners were great with communication and house is located in a great spot. We will definitely stay here again! Worth every penny.

Even Better Than Expected

We loved our stay at this property. As a group of outdoor lovers, this location was perfect to access the lakes, trails and fun activities. We walked the few blocks to town for miniature golf and ice cream. The pictures posted are accurate, but don't do justice to the spaciousness and peacefulness of the home. Everything needed for our stay was provided. We visit Graeagle often, and this home tops the list!
