The hosts are very focused on making our stay as perfect as possible. One AC broke down during high summer temperature and the host had our AC unit replaced next day. Pool is cleaned twice a week and the house is big and has AC in every bedroom. Great location in a quiet Pomer area, no distractions or loud Music. Just peace and quiet area Thank you for sharing your home with the rest of us

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Jagoda. Good size Villa with good facilities. Villa owner was very helpful and was quick responding to our queries. Great location for local restaurants & small supermarket. We hired a car which helped us explore the local area of the Istria Peninsula which is simply stunning. Areas for improvement are as follows:2 showers on the first floor had inconsistent temperature and were regularly quite coldPool - some maintenance required and water levels spill over the top of the pool after heavy rain which makes the surface around the pool rather slippery

Vacation

It's a really nice place, but the cleaning staff is only doing the bare minimum the kitchen is not organized stuff is just everywhere and anywhere. The outside is amazing but the outside storage rooms are so cluttered that if you want to put the cushions away because of bad weather it's hard to find a spot

All nice

Almost a perfect stay. The house is a a bit old, but all works well. One downside was the fact that first floor rooms are much nicer then groundfloor (both rooms are en suite while downstairs there is just one bathroom for two rooms and much less light), so with two families you need to make some choices. Pool is big enough and nice. Mosquitos are a nightmare, but well, what can you do :-)

Wonderful stay in this lovely home in a tranquil beautiful spot. Great communication with Richard throughout. Local host was lovely, very helpful and able to accommodate our arrival time. Spacious house, great balcony with views to the sea and nature park - perfect spot to sit and relax. Several seating and eating areas inside and out - we couldn’t use them all! Bedrooms were cool, and effective a/c in the living areas which was welcomed on hot days. Lovely pool, in the sun most of the day, so nice water temperature also with shade. Great loungers and umbrellas. Note steps up to the main floor and around pool so young kids or older people may need help or to be watched. Well stocked kitchen. Host was very quick to sort an issue immediately (polite workmen). Great location close to everything - Pula, Medulin (supermarkets), 10 minute stroll to Pomer beach (clean, clear). Pomer is quiet place, we like that, good bakery, may be limited public transport. Glamping site along the waterfront but no problems walking through and using the beach. They have a couple of restaurants you can use and a small shop. Beaches are pebbles so water shoes helpful. Pine forests behind beaches give shade. Lots of beaches nearby more open to the Adriatic and have those beautiful blue hues. Clear clean water in Pomer (not as blue, picky point!). Mosquitoes around, not unexpected just be prepared. Relaxing holiday, would highly recommend this home and we would return. Thanks for sharing your home.

For your information the guest before you gave us a 5 STAR RATING, and the guest after you gave us a very positive message about his stay in our Villa (its copied below) He wishes to return next year.

Perfect holiday beach cottage

The house is exactly as described in the listing: four bedrooms 2 on the ground floor, one twin and one queen with shared bathroom and 2 on the first floor one with twin beds and the other with a queen size bed, each with an en suite bathroom. The house was clean when we arrived, the communication with the property manager was easy, fast and efficient. This is a comfortable beach cottage with a lovely pool area and outdoor dining area with outdoor built-in grill. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids. The house is in walking distance to a basketball court, beach with a Wibit inflatable water park and wake boarding. The closest supermarkets a 5-min drive away with larger hypermarkets in Pula, about 12-min drive. There are two decent restaurants (Konobas) in walking distance.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
