We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the beach was pleasant and convenient. We really liked the apartment itself—it was spacious, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The huge balcony added a great touch, and we spent all our evenings out there! The only thing was that we felt the bedrooms could use an air conditioner or a fan. We were lucky with the weather— temperatures stayed below 30° C—so the single air conditioner in the living room was enough for us. However, it would be difficult to sleep in those rooms during hotter weather. Perhaps you could add a fan. Thank you very much! We will totally come back!

This was our stop on a 2-week trip away. The apar...

This was our stop on a 2-week trip away. The apartment was perfect - a very generous size with well thought out storage. I cannot think of a single thing missing and as it was just the two of us, we had a lot of space! The bed was comfortable, the wifi fast and the shower good. The kitchen was so well equipped that we had breakfast at the apartment everyday, sat on the private double balcony enjoying the sea views - we even cooked a couple of evening meals. It is also very quiet at night. It is on the second floor (hence the great views) with a short flight of stairs onside but as the owner helped with our cases this was not a problem. It was a three minute walk to a little beach, plenty of space to sit and the sea was clear and the water warm! We walked into the centre of Rovinj one day (25-30 mins) but on other warmer days we took the tourist train which stops almost outside of the apartment, very convenient. We had a lovely stay made perfect by such welcoming hosts.

Хочу сказать огромное спасибо за этот отдых! Апартаменты превзошли все ожидания. Локация: просто мечта — до моря рукой подать, выходишь из дома и через минуту уже плещешься в волнах. При этом парковка своя, прямо у входа — не пришлось мучиться с поиском места, что для Хорватии бесценно. Сама квартира: чистая, светлая, очень душевная. И главная гордость — кухня! Всё продумано: и посуда, и техника, и даже мелочи вроде специй и хорошего ножа. Чувствовали себя как дома. Сервис: по приезду нас ждал тёплый привет в виде угощения — было неожиданно и безумно приятно, настроение поднялось сразу. А в течение всего отпуска ребята реагировали на любые наши просьбы очень быстро (забыли спросить про утюг — принесли через 10 минут). 100 метров до пляжа, уютная квартира с отличной кухней, чуткие хозяева — что ещё нужно для счастья? Спасибо за лучший отпуск! Обязательно вернёмся 🌊☀️

Ein herrlicher Urlaub. Eine klasse Unterkunft, sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Direkt an der Marina gelegen. Sehr liebe zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Und dazu noch neues Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. So macht Urlaub doppelt Spaß. Vielen Dank dafür 👍👍👍

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen!...

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen! Das einchecken war ganz entspannt und unkompliziert. Das Abstimmen der Ankunftszeit konnten wir ganz unproblematisch per SMS machen (wir haben uns durch viele Staus sehr verspätet). Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet - passt! Wer als deutscher Wert auf deutsches TV legt... darf nicht zu vielerwarten. Genießt lieber Land und Leute, lest, oder geht an die Strandbar, oder oder oder. Der Strand ist nur ca. 200m entfernt, und hat eine tiptop Strandbar (ab und an mit Live Musik). Kurz um - wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und haben den Urlaub genossen!

Freundlich , sauber, schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer. Strandnah. Sehr gute Ausstattung incl. technischer Geräte. ( Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine,etc. Schöne Fahrad, Laufwerk in der Nähe, Bars, Restaurants ca 200-400Meter entfernt. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Urlaub.
