Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Beautiful 6th floor oceanfront studio condominium at The Mahana at Kaanapali in West Maui. Mahana 602 provides everything you need for your vacation in paradise. Enjoy ocean views where you will see breathtaking sunsets, humpback whale's breaching (during whale season), and views of the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai.
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke's restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Just an incredible experience in every way. The view was spectacular. We walked the beach every morning and evening. It literally is right out the door. It exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

Pictures are spot on. The point to view turtles galore from the balcony. Great location. Only complaints are the a/c is not very cold and hard to get hot water. Need to have maids come clean during long stays. Should not have to pay that much money and you ask us to clean while there. Cleaning service should come in every 5 days.

We have stayed at many condos at Mahana over the past 20 years, and have never been disappointed, this time included! The room was clean as were the grounds, well stocked kitchen, pool, BBQ's etc. We took in the sunsets every evening we were there which were spectacular, as were the full moon shots we experienced over the water. And you can't beat a convenient and delicious meal at Duke's with a great stroll along the shoreline! Can't wait for our next visit! Thanks for a positively lovely experience.

The condo was clean and stocked with enough towels, laundry detergent, etc for us to use for the week. The view was absolutely amazing (even though the deck doesn’t really look like this picture with the pretty decorations). We were able to see whales, dolphins, rainbows, and sunsets off the deck.

The location of the Mahana cannot be beat and an oceanfront condo is very scarce in Kaanapali. With this particular studio condo, everything was great. Maui Paradise Properties welcome instructions on how to get parking pass were good. Entry instructions were good. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked for the amount of space available in a studio. Condo felt spacious. There was plenty of room between bed, dining, and kitchen areas. Highly recommend this condo and Maui Paradise Properties.

Great vacation

Our place was very clean and updated. We’ve been going over 15 years every year sometimes twice and this is the first time we’ve stayed in this condo and we will definitely go back to this one.

Beautiful View!

The view was simply amazing, right on the beach. The studio suite was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to check in. Loved listening to the waves. Lots of whales, some turtles and even saw a ray skipping over the waves. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Views of Paradise

The property had everything we needed and more. When booking a place the view was our top priority. It was stunning to wake up and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the balcony. I will say you can still hear everything outside like the wind but the waves were so soothing. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property, 1st time in this unit. The condo looks just like the pictures. The ocean front views are the best!
