The large and comfortable pool, exclusively reserved for the villa's guests, becomes the ideal place to cool off during hot summer days. The adjacent sunbathing area, equipped with comfortable loungers, sunbeds, and umbrellas, invites you to unwind and enjoy the sun in total relaxation.

Occasionally, there is a caretaker on site who looks after the garden and pool and who will ensure maximum privacy during your stay.
Leondina Country House is a charming villa, situated in the silence and beauty of the gentle hills of the Marche region, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
The property spans on three floors, with a living area on the ground floor that includes a spacious living room, a cozy sitting area, and a romantic fireplace. On this floor, you will also find a guest bathroom and a fully equipped semiprofessional kitchen, complete with a convenient central countertop and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
Going up the central staircase, you will reach the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning.
The rooms overlook the enchanting hills that surrounds the structure, offering breathtaking views of the Nevola and Misa valleys, with the majestic Apennine Mountains on the background.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
- a bedroom with a double bed and the possibility to add a baby cot if needed. The private bathroom of the bedroom features a whirlpool bathtub and a shower.
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with a private bathroom with a shower.
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with a private bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there is an attic that can accommodate two children and has a private bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
