KITCHEN: The kitchen is appointed with upgraded appliances and includes granite countertops. The "very large" peninsula island faces the main great room and has a sit up bar area. This open kitchen is designed for entertainment where all can be included. All utensils, pots, pans, etc. are provided. The bar area of the kitchen peninsula seats 3 and an additional dining table seats 6. There is also a wine cooler under bar counter.

BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms which are all appointed with new beds, furniture and bedding. The Master suite has a king size bed, a Smart-TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet. This room also has access to the air conditioned "Arizona room" which gains access to the private back patio.
