Great property ! I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Very well described. It can be a little tricky to get into the fist time but once you get that down its easy.

Great location and the unit was clean. The issue we had was with the management company that handles the listing. I did not realize that it was in the ZTL zone (no parking onsite) and had to spend another 50 euros a night to park over 600 meters away. We had to roll our luggage from outside the zone and that was not a way to start the stay. After we finally go in to the unit, it was warm. I tried to turn on the AC (on the listing) and nothing happened. I messaged them and they referred me to the FAQ page of the listing. I followed all instructions and nothing happened. Messaged them again and they said they had already turned off the AC for the season, so it was definitely warmer than we wanted. They had an Italian coffee pot (goes on the cooktop) but it did not work as the cooktop is induction and it is aluminum. Messaged them again and they said there was a converter for it. Well, there wasn't one. They did apologize and said if I let them know sooner they could have fixed the issue. Overall, if the host was more interested in making sure the unit was correct, it may have been a 5 star experience.

House was exactly as pictured! Great location while also feeling very safe. The host has excellent instructions for checking in and was also available via messaging with quick response times. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed

We were four adults (two couples) and found this apartment to be very spacious, modern, comfortable, and well located. We chose Como over the other Lake towns because we didn’t have a car and there are many things to enjoy in this town. There are trains, buses, and ferries available very close to see the region. It is a lovely apartment and made our visit very easy and enjoyable.

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

Fantastic apartment, thoughtfully curated and well-appointed in a convenient location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and the lake. As a plus, the air conditioning worked well, a must during the heat of August! Communization with owner was easy, and we had no issues with check-in/check-out. We hope to return and enjoy Como and Palazzo Tatti again!

Simply but we’ll-appointed, clean and comfortable. The advance online check in process is very cumbersome, as is the required 4-5 different keys needed to access the apartment. Only one set of keys per renting party also makes it difficult for larger parties to efficiently access the apartment separately.

Como Wedding

The property was exactly as expected and management was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect. The area was quiet in the evening and we always felt safe. Only recommendation would be to have a second set of keys for entrance into apt. I would leave window keys off main key chain. The instructions for all appliances were easy to follow. Would recommend placing QR codes on each appliance for easy access. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family traveling to Como!

Apparemment très pratique de part son positionnement. État quasi neuf très propre et sécurisé disposant de toutes les commodités. Seul bémol le chauffage qui était bloqué sur 19’ et lors de notre séjour il faisait froid. Le gestionnaire nous a informé qu’il ne pouvait rien faire
