Villa Juanin: Pet-Friendly Vacation Home

Villa Juanin is a small rural house in the heart of Asturias, renovated a few years ago with all the love and charm of a dream I’d always had: to have a place where I could spend time with my pets. The property covers 1,500 m².
is a small, cozy spot just 15 minutes from Oviedo and 25 minutes from Girón, very close to everything in central Asturias.
My home was created out of a love for animals so that people visiting my region can bring their pets along without any problems.
features a fenced-in property of approximately 2,000 meters with a 2-meter fence to keep them safe.
Of course, you’re welcome to come without pets, but please know that they’re always welcome here.
is a cozy rural retreat where you can enjoy our little paradise.
Feel free to ask me any questions—no strings attached.
