As you step inside this stylish abode, you’ll immediately feel the warmth of underfloor heating throughout the entire property, ensuring your comfort regardless of the season. The ground floor welcomes you with an fabulous kitchen/dining room, equipped with a state-of-the-art Rangemaster and featuring all the amenities, making cooking and dining an absolute delight. The living room has comfortable seating as you watch your favourite shows or movies on the impressive 65" Smart TV. The room is thoughtfully designed with bi-folding doors that open up to the delightful garden, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor spaces. Step outside, and you’ll find yourself in a tranquil oasis set on two levels. The bottom patio area invites you to bask in the sun or enjoy al fresco dining, while the lush lawned area at the top offers a perfect spot for children to play or for some quiet relaxation amid nature’s beauty. Ascending the staircase, you’ll discover the dreamy haven of the four spacious bedrooms on the upper level. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, each boasting a luxurious kingsize bed and equipped with their own Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms. The other two bedrooms on this floor feature kingsize zip and link beds, so wether you prefer a kingsize bed or two cosy single beds, these rooms cater to your preferences. The family bathroom designed and equipped with a bath with shower over offer the best of both worlds. Indulge in a soothing soak after a day of exploration or a refreshing shower.
Property 3 will make the perfect base for the beach and the cosmopolitan town of Ventnor, which is just a 5-minute drive away. Ventnor’s popular shingle and sand beach is a firm favourite with all ages, where freshly caught fish of the day can be purchased at the marina. Fishing and boat trips around the coastline are available daily. There is a wide selection of great eateries, pubs and boutique-style individual shops within a short driving distance. Blackgang Chine is nearby, the oldest themed attraction in the UK, and within easy reach are the Needles and Alum Bay. Attractions include Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Isle of Wight Pearl, Dinosaur Isle, Donkey Sanctuary and Calbourne Water Mill, which has a 17th-century working watermill. Osborne House and Gardens, known for being Queen Victoria’s holiday residence, and Carisbrooke Castle are a short distance away. The sailing towns of Yarmouth and Cowes, and the popular resorts and Shanklin and Sandown are nearby.
