The two Primary bedrooms have a king size bed and the third bedroom has two twin size beds that can be converted to a king size bed.

Owner provides two 4-person golf carts.

Bedroom Configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level) Primary Bedroom - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and Lanai.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - King Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, Lanai.
Bedroom 3  (Upper Level) - Two Twin Beds (converts into a King Bed upon request), TV, Ensuite bathroom.

This property is professionally managed by Private Homes Hawaii, a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the State of Hawaii. You will be personally greeted upon arrival with a full orientation of the villa and our team is available for additional services and assistance throughout your stay.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
