Town Square Townhouse - Best Location

Located in the heart of the City Center, in the Town Square "Eyre Square" with all it's restaurants, pubs and shops. The house sits on top of a shopping center. Also just off of the main shopping street of Galway city "Shop Street". Location does not get better than this.

High Speed Wi-Fi, Cable Television, Parking Included. Linen & Towels Provided. 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps 10.
The space
Located in the heart of the City Center, in the Town Square "Eyre Square" with all it's restaurants, pubs and shops, also just off of the main shopping street of Galway city "Shop Street" . High Speed Wi-Fi, Cable Television. Free parking for one car in a secure gated car park with additional spaces available nearby. There are 3 bedrooms. Sleeping 10 in 7 beds. Note that there is elevator access up until the evening only. After this the stairs have to be used.

All linen and towels are provided. Fully Stocked Kitchen. We provide you all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. We provide a guide to recommended attractions & activities available in Galway, food delivery options, restaurants, bars and a gym. If you have special requests, we'd love to hear them. There's nothing like having everything come together perfectly on a trip away and we want your stay with us to be one to remember. If we can help, we will.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the house. There are two flights of steps to climb to reach the front door of the house. Please note there are lifts to access via the shopping centre but these close at 7pm, so after 7pm the house needs to be accessed via 2 flights of stairs.

The location of this property was great for exploring Galway and all the shops. It was nice and clean, and had all the room we needed for a family of 7. It is adjacent to a parking garage, so parking was no worry whatsoever - very convenient.

The unit wasn't easy to find, you needed to access through the store and if it was closed you went through the parking garage which did have an elevator but it apparently closed at 6pm so you needed to use the stairs. Close to shops, restaurants and pubs which was nice.

We give all guests instructions and a full address with Eircode. We do not advertise this property as disabled friendly as it is a house with stairs. The housing complex itself can be accessed through the shopping centre, or via it's own private entrance. All details on this are sent to every guest upon booking.

If you want to be right in the heart of Galway this is the place! Easy to walk to everything and enjoy downtown Galway. Onsite parking (paid) is a plus and morning coffee is just a stroll away. I am nitpicking here, but the beds in two of the rooms are not the most comfortable but the service, location, and experience easily make up for that. Thanks for having us!

The place was located on top of a shopping area in an uncared-for, run-down community. This was not made clear in the description and we trapsed up a urine odor filled staircase to reach it. The door lock was half broken explaining why door was open when we arrived. Beds and furnishings were barely of dorm-like quality and comfort and sofas were stained.

Excellent location and easy communication.

Easy to contact owner. Had a furniture issue and was dealt with very quickly. Excellent location, everything is walking distance.

We really liked the incredibly convenient location, but found the directions to get to the townhouse very confusing and incredibly stressful. The wifi would only work for part of our stay which made it stressful when we did not have wifi for multiple days. I had trouble reaching the property manager for help, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked like pull out sleeper sofa mattresses were used on all beds instead of proper mattresses, and we could feel the springs. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.We found out that there is no longer a parking pass for one car for the house, and that you pay for parking which is then reimbursed. We stayed a few weeks ago, and are still trying to figure out how to get our parking reimbursed.In addition, the front door lock did not seem to be working properly, and it was very difficult to lock or unlock the door.We appreciated the snacks that were left out for us when we checked in.I would rate the stay a barely 3 out of 5, though I would have rated the townhouse much higher if the beds and wifi were in working order.

Galway stop

The location of this townhouse was perfectly centered in the midst of Galway so everything was within walking distance. Everything was clean and neat but the rooms were a bit cramped to allow for the number of people it was meant to sleep. The proximity to the mall and grocery made it convenient to prepare meals when restaurants were too busy.

Dirty frat house. Don’t stay here. The pictures listed are either staged or wrong. The place was filthy (cobwebs, mold in shower and on curtain, men’s underwear under one of the beds). The washing machine handle was missing making it unusable. The beds are so uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in your back. The bedroom I stayed in had two beds crammed in it, making it hard to move around. I bumped into one of the beds and got a huge bruise. The only toiletry was a bottle of hand wash. The couches are stained with god knows what. The WiFi password on the wall is wrong. If you drive here, you access the property through a parking garage. It is located in what looks like a housing project. There is litter everywhere and the grounds are unkempt. This place looks like it is rented for large groups of kids to party in it. The property is not taken care of and filthy.

This was the most expensive VRBO that I stayed in while traveling Ireland with my mother and brother. It would be ideal for a group of 10 colleagues kids splitting costs. The pictures are not accurate of the current condition and aesthetics. On suite bathroom shower is broken, cold water faucet in the kitchen is very hard to turn off. I could not lock the front door when leaving, one miniature ice cube tray. Iron and ironing board in the living room along w an infant high chair. Not aesthetically pleasing. More furniture and couches crammed in to provide extra places to sleep. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The windows are filthy. Very disappointing.
