** Construction for the new pavilion and beach ramp is scheduled to begin April 9 and end May 1 (weather permitting). During construction, guests are to use the Leeward Key Beach Access, which is next door to the East of the pavilion gate. Certain areas of the pavilion will be closed during construction as well **

-Carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during Spring Break)

-Living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and offers queen sleeper sofa
-Fully equipped Kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, toaster and more!
-Master Bedroom is located on the 1st floor has KING bed
-Master Bath on the 1st floor
-2nd bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed
-The 2nd bath is located upstairs and the shower and the commode are separated from the toilet and vanity so you don't tie them up unnecessarily
-3rd bedroom is upstairs and has a QUEEN bed
-The 3rd bath is located upstairs and the shower and the commode are separated from the toilet and vanity so you don't tie them up unnecessarily
-4th bedroom is upstairs and has a QUEEN bed..
-5th bedroom has 2 BUNK beds with twin over full each.

-There is a washer and dryer located in the home

This home includes a credit based on the duration of your stay for additional amenities offered by VayKGear such as bikes, paddleboards, games and chairs. You will receive a notification after you confirm your reservation with additional details.

Guests will need to pay $30 per group for their pool bands provided by the Beach Attendant.
