!! Beach-front Cabin in Mermejita, Mazunte !!

Private beachfront eco-cabin with 2 double beds, hammocks, a basic kitchen, a terrace with a stunning beach view, and a private bathroom. The house is powered by solar energy and uses well water.
You can watch the sunset from the beach or the famous Punta Cometa (a 15-minute walk away). Mazunte is a 20-minute walk away along the beach and up a small hill.
The space
Located on the southern Pacific coast of Mexico, in the state of Oaxaca, in the charming village of Mazunte, on Mermejita Beach. Just 45 minutes from Huatulco International Airport and one hour from Puerto Escondido International Airport, and only a 10-minute walk from Mazunte.
Mermejita Beach is one of the few unspoiled beaches still remaining in Mexico. It is a beautiful, one-kilometer-long sandy beach with a small, low-lying jungle valley. It is surrounded by a long hill behind it and is just a 15-minute walk from the ecotourism town of Mazunte.
From Mermejita Beach, you can still observe dolphins and whales in their natural habitat, and if you’re lucky, you might even see sea turtles laying their eggs at night.
The cabin is a charming cottage built with sturdy, natural materials. The roof, known as a palapa, is made of palm leaves and wood, which help the entire structure blend seamlessly with its surroundings, though its main purpose is to keep the in interior.It, features two double beds, one above the other, yet each offering privacy. It also has an 8-square-meter wooden terrace facing south toward the Pacific Ocean. One hammock, a shower, and a dry toilet; a small, basic kitchen; no refrigerator due to solar-powered electricity. Other things to note
Keep in mind that you’ll be living very close to nature; even though the cabin can be closed off, it’s built with natural materials, so you’ll feel the breeze and hear the natural sounds of the ocean and the birds. The beach gets quite hot during the day; I provide a beach umbrella, but try to walk to town early or after 4 p.m. when the sun has cooled down. Be sure to be back for sunset—it’s breathtaking on this beach!!
