Salobre La Isla 7 is designed for families or groups of adults who want space, comfort and plenty of outdoor time. The garden, private pool and terrace areas make the house easy to enjoy from day one: outdoor breakfasts, sunny moments by the pool, shared meals and afternoons shaped by the Salobre landscape.



The house is located in the La Isla complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 241 metres above sea level. Its location opens onto the resort landscape, with views of the surroundings, the sea and the mountains. The layout and facilities make it a good option for families with older children, groups of adults or guests seeking a well-maintained and functional house with local assistance during their stay.



The property offers 120 m² of living space on a plot of 245 m² and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot.



On the ground floor, there is a living area with kitchen, direct access to the terrace, a utility room and 1 bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 200 x 200 cm double beds, both with air conditioning with cooling and heating, plus 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace.



The outdoor space is designed for days under the Gran Canaria sun: terrace, covered terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, parking and a private pool of 7 x 3.4 metres. The pool has 1.4 metres depth and uses a salt water electrolysis system for natural water chlorination.



Inside, the house includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, Spanish television, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Electric pool heating is available for an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, final cleaning, pool cleaning twice a week and mid-stay cleaning with bed linen change for stays of more than 10 nights.



Security deposit: €300.00.

Pets are not allowed.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not permitted except in outdoor areas.
