The well-equipped property features an entrance hall, a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with a climate-friendly heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove, as well as an older bathroom with a shower. The house offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one with a bunk bed designed for children. Additionally, the living area includes a double sofa bed, providing a total of up to five sleeping places for adults, while the bunk beds are ideal for children. There are no TV channels, but guests can stream their own content using Chromecast. Outside, a large southwest-facing wooden terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The terrace also features a hot tub heated with bottled gas, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area. This holiday home combines comfort, functionality, and a family-friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for a seaside getaway. Its proximity to the beach, outdoor amenities, and cozy interior ensure a memorable and relaxing stay. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
