Apartment 2 has just finished being remodeled and is on the 1st floor. Come enjoy this comfortable apartment with new everything including a fully stocked kitchen with eat in table, full size fridge, stove, and microwave. The apartment is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a full size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. We have tried to think of every amenity to make this your home away from home. WIFI and cable is included.



Location is ideal for everything in Tampa- 10 minutes from downtown Tampa, the Convention Center, Raymond James stadium, and the Amalie Arena. Our convenient location to I275 will quickly get you anywhere in Tampa that you need to be. A 15 minute drive can take you to the Tampa Airport, USF, Moffitt Cancer Center and Busch Gardens. The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are an easy 45 minute day trip.

The Tampa Heights and Seminole Heights neighborhoods have experienced a revival the past 5 years and have become home to some of the trendiest restaurants, bars and breweries in Tampa.

Great little spot!!

Super clean, comfortable, and pretty secured property! Went to Lightning and Bucs games, so good location close to both, and only a short ways to our Busch Gardens visit! I'd definitely consider this spot for round #2!

Nice older place

A very clean and nice place to stay! We live in the country so the heavy traffic noise starting about 4:30 am was very noticeable. A great location to explore all directions from Tampa!

Great little oasis

I found a location to be convenient to all my shopping needs and tourism found management and staff to be exceptionally customer oriented responded immediately with any questions or concerns. Found the apartment to be very clean and very comfortable and exceptionally accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I am definitely coming back next year.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Itā€™s a very quiet and small complex. There is great parking, I also love the grilling area and corn toss game. The unit was clean as in the photos. Iā€™d definitely recommend and would stay again.

ā€œSleeps 4ā€ is a bit of a stretch. Thereā€™s one full sized bed and one full sized pull out bed which was stained pretty badly so we didnā€™t even end up using it. Otherwise the place was great, I would stay here again.

Over All Stay

While the Property was in great shape, very clean, If you rent the unit that is beside the main office you may be annoyed by the constant slamming of the door by the employees going in and out all day long, perhaps using a different door on the opposite side of the building might alleviate this.The traffic on the street is heavy but we got use to the noise. The community sitting area and BBQ was nice to have. Andrew was very prompt when we had a problem with the Air Conditioner. I would stay here again it was worth the money.

Overall was not clean. Towels had hair on them. Lizards and many bugs inside. Code did not work to get inside. Thankfully found a number on the building to call because owner did not answer once. Not a safe neighborhood. Very hard to find apartment. Overall not very happy.

A great location about 10 minutes north of the convention center. The space was perfect for the two of us visiting for a few nights. I liked that the full kitchen had essentials available. Also the stove and microwave very nice. One downside of the proximity to a busy street was hearing cars passing by. I found that earplugs helped me sleep through it. Overall a great value and location for visiting Tampa or Ybor!

Well managed property

While I will say that the neighborhood is not great, there is easy access to everything, and the property itself is well-maintained and gated. It worked so well for us, that we will definitely rent here again if we return to Tampa. Definitely bring a sleep mask, though, because the bedroom blinds aren't very effective against the bright lights in the adjacent parking lot. Overall, good place!

All-inclusive

I'd like to make my point by entering via the back door. I will cite the one thing I did NOT find: an ice-maker, whether as part of the fridge, outside the apartment or even ice trays. The good news is that is the ONLY thing that was not there. The place was superbly equipped with every convenience. A little out of the way, but once you get the hang of driving around you can easily get to wherever your interests lie.

Overall a good stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay. We felt safe during our 5 nights stay. Very convenient with only 10ish minutes away from downtown area and grocery store nearby. Stocked with basic spices to cook if you decide to do so. We did a have a little trouble getting there with the provided address though. (The owner was available via phone and helped us get there) If you are trying to get there, type in "Inn The Heights" to get correct direction on your GPS.

Clean and quick Tampa access

Owner is on site and very responsive to any minor issues.The only drawback is that Martin Luther King is a very busy and noisy street. Unit was clean and had anything you would need for an extended stay. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Great spot just about a 5-10 drive from downtown. Clean accommodations with all the comforts of home. Very cozy apartment thatā€™s fenced in with a nice courtyard. Owner was very responsive to questions via phone. My family agreed that we would stay here again if we ever came back to Tampa.
