Villa Raissa Grande is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa immersed in a splendid landscape, in a lovely little hamlet. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Raissa Grande you will enjoy a charming view of the hamlet and of the surrounding hills, of the forest and of the greenery. Villa Raissa Grande is 440 square meters (4740 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9.6 km (6 miles) from the center of Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet).
You will reach Villa Raissa Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Raissa Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Villa Raissa Grande is made up of four apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor of the villa.


As guests of Villa Raissa Grande you will be able to enjoy lunches and dinners all together in the living room of the first apartment on the ground floor or on the outside patio where a big table can be set up for you.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First Apartment, Ground FloorPatio 1
