• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.

Exactly what we needed!
We had our family stay at this delightful property in October. It was conveniently located near the beach and near dining and other attractions, but also surprisingly quiet. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Apartment
Great location, great pool, very clean, fully equipped
The mattresses were not very comfortable. Its the one thing that would make me question rebooking this apartment.

Stuck in time
Cleanliness and good location
Awful mattresses, no blackouts in the living room (for the 2 extra beds), extra beds with wheels (impossible to sleep still, clogged bathroom sink, no updates from previous years. This was our 2nd time at this apartment.
We stayed there 2 years ago and the handle of the balcony door was broken. This year, it was also broken and we had the door open 24/7 for 2 days.
Too expensive for what they offer. Not coming back.

Excelente opção para familia no Algarve
excelente localização e infra estrutura de piscina. apartamento amplo.
organização da cozinha, repor utensílios e manutenção das portas das salas e quartos que custam a fechar. revisão no ar-condicionado para reduzir seu barulho a noite.

Spacious, spotless and great location
The apartment was in a great convenient location. It was bigger than we thought so we had plenty of room as a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances seemed brand new. I was surprised to find that detergents and toiletries were provided. The supermarket was 5 minutes away. The beach was lovely down some steps at the end of the road. We went to the pool most days after 4 as it was busy and noisy earlier on. We had a great holiday. All the communication was excellent including the transfers.
Nothing. This was a re-booked holiday post covid and went very smoothly.

Mooi appartement!
Er werden nieuwe handdoeken beloofd na 3 tot 4 dagen, maar die hebben we nooit gehad! Verder hadden we een uitklapbaarbed die aan de ene kant wel uitgeklapt kon worden en aan de andere kant niet, het bed was dus scheef, was heel onhandig! Na de eerste dag deed het licht in de slaapkamer het ook niet meer! Verder was alles super! Hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad en alles was helemaal in orde !
