With its central location and proximity to notable attractions, our charming studio provides a convenient and enriching base for experiencing the beauty and allure of Porto's historic treasures.

It is designed with open living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, two single sofas, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. It also features two large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

São Nicolau is a neighbourhood in Porto, Portugal. It is in the historic city centre, near the Douro River. São Nicolau is known for its picturesque streets, charming squares, and beautiful architecture. The neighbourhood has several historical landmarks, including Porto's iconic Ribeira district, with its colourful buildings and lively waterfront promenade. The area is also famous for its narrow alleys, traditional shops, and traditional Portuguese restaurants, where you can savour the delicious local cuisine. São Nicolau is a vibrant and lively neighbourhood that offers a mix of cultural attractions, shopping opportunities, and a festive atmosphere. It is an ideal place to explore Porto's rich history and immerse yourself in the local culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
