Katarina and her husband were wonderful hosts. The apartment was perfect with lovely views of the Adriatic from the terrace, and only a 20 minute walk to Old Town. We were grateful to have access to a garage to park our rental car. Highly recommended.

Special place!

Great place, comfy bed & sofa, very clean and really quiet. The apartment has a nice terrace with great views. Katarina is wonderful always helpful and communicative. Close by you have: - small shop - bus stop - restaurants, I recommend Maragun and Jack's food and beer - 15-20 minutes walk to Old Town. If we will return to Dubrovnik we will stay here again.

Brilliant service!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Katarina was an incredible host, so sweet and welcoming that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely love to stay here again! 🤍

Great stay!

We had everything we needed. We spent a week there and had no issues getting around. The view was nice and everything you may need is within walking distance. We did struggle a bit with parking and walking around, as parking spaces are a bit limited in the area. But otherwise a good accommodation that we would definitely choose again if we were to visit in the future. Katarina, who assisted us with our stay, was also lovely and helpful.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The perfect place for a stay in Dubrovnik. About a 20/25mins walk away from the old town in a nice quiet location. The apartment was even better than the pictures showed and the balcony with sea view is beautiful. Would highly recommend this place.

Extraordinary journey!

The apartment was exactly as described. Katarina and her husband were excellent hosts and very helpful. Area is calm and two nice beaches nearby (Rixos, Bellevue). I would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay!

There can't be many apartments with a balcony with a sea view in a quiet location less than 2km to a gate of the Old Town. It also have a well stocked super market and bakery close by and some great restaurants, including a Taj Mahal (not Indian) within a few minutes walk. Check out the Bellevue cove that is a few minutes walk away. The apartment its self is clean and had all we needed for a week away. Highly recommended.

Major-league holiday!

Very beautiful flat, near the wonderful beach and not far away from city center! All furniture is new, renovation was made not long ago so all is perfect in this house - even better then on photo. Balcony with sea view is super nice 👍

Brilliant service!

The apartment was very clean and modern, in the perfect location. About a 20 minute walk to Old town and very near several rocky coves for swimming. We especially loved how peaceful and private the place was. We did struggle at first to locate the apartment but were met by Katarina on arrival who was welcoming and gave us several recommendations on what to do. Would recommend.

Glorious residence!

Nice location, walking distance to the city. Quite with a nice view from the balcony overseeing the sea. A great bath 150 meters from the apartment, from the cliffs with the convenient ladder. Refreshing! Apartment is great and well suited for two people. Friendly and service minded owner that gave us tips for our stay. We will come again!

Great stay!

One of the nicest properties at which I have stayed. Super clean and well appointed. Right on the coast, with a terrace, for walks and sunsets. A 25 minute walk to the walled old town but nice to be in a peaceful seaside spot with lovely restaurants nearby. Super welcome on arrival. Expect a little walk down the lane to the apartment, and some stairs ... this is Dubrovnik.

Special place!

This place was great! The location is a little bit of a walk outside of Old Town (about 20 ish minutes) but it was perfect! We were able to have a quiet place with a beautiful view and a local beach nearby but also walk into Old Town when we wanted to. The kitchen also had all the amenities to cook meals for ourselves so that combined with the local shop 3 minutes up the road were great for saving money on food. Slavica was always super quick to respond and was very kind and accommodating with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this place for a great Dubrovnik holiday :)

Brilliant service!

My almost 3 week stay in Katarina's apartment was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed for everything I needed. Wonderful view of the Adriatic from the balcony. Its proximity to Bellevue Beach, Maragun and El Toro restaurants, a bakery, small grocery stores and take away food selections were all so convenient. The walk to Old Town Dubrovnik each day was scenic and manageable, if you love to walk like I do. You can catch a bus or Uber, if you prefer. Katarina and her family are lovely people, and I hope to stay with them again.

Brilliant service!

Great location Lovely Katarina helped us with everything we might need I will bring my own knife sharpener next time though, am an amateur chef. Walking distance to most things, especially the beach or cliff swimming.

Special place!

Svært godt fornøyd, hyggelig vertinne, rent og funksjonelt, god seng, rolig strøk og kun 3 minutters rusletur ned til vannet. God kommunikasjon til gamlebyen og ellers rundt i Dubrovnik. Nydelige morgener og kvelder på terrassen med utsyn mot havet. Et perfekt opphold.

Top Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Parken ist tricky. Hat alles geklappt. Kleines Auto ist hilfreich. Gerne immer wieder.
