Laburnum Cottage Yorkshire Dales National Park 3 Peaks & Lake District

Hi Maggie Thank you for your valuable feedback and were so happy you enjoyed your stay at Labernum Cottage. I’m not sure what you mean regarding the seating patio area at the back of the cottage? It overlooks the rivers running in to the River Greta and is nestled under the Viaduct! It’s in the sunshine most the day and has a Beautiful wicker table and seats and foot rests. Dear Melanie and am absolutely mortified with this terrible review you have left about my property? I have never had a review as bad as this in 15 years? Labernum Cottage constantly gets 5***** Ratings with guests so this is a blow out of the water. Could I kindly remind you as I discussed over the telephone that when the automated message sent out from Vrbo requesting the security deposit you and guests were one of my first bookings with VRBO and it was a mistake on my behalf which I called you to apologise explaining to which you said you totally understood and accepted my apologies it was y a problem. As to your feedback regarding the the decor being old and shabby and the rug this is the very first instance I have had a guest give this extremely negative and untrue feedback in the whole of my 15 years of holiday letting? In the first instance if you were unhappy with the property I would have appreciated you contacting me instantly on arriving and I would have assisted instantly and come to the cottage in person and relocated you to one of my other property’s! I would like you to send me pictures of your accusations regarding the shabby decor and the sofa and rug? I’m sorry you have given Labernum Cottage a 1* for I feel this is extremely to say the least harsh and your untrue accusations extremely hurtful! Please check out my feedback on all the Booking platforms and google 5* reviews accross the board! If I get any negative feedback I thrive to improve as this is the reason for this! The cottage you left extremely untidy and I feel the reason you gave the cottage this poor feedback was because you missed your first evening. Regards Gill🏡
