We really enjoyed our week , the pool was fantastic .The road up was a bit scary at first but after a few journeys it was very easy to get up .The outside seating area was very well used by us watching the sun set with some amazing views Very worthy of 5 stars

Lovley property, great views and outdoor space. Road to get there can be a bit of a challenge 😊 great pool can be a bit cold. Like the indoor space plenty of room

The bathrooms are very nice, and the beds are excellent.The villa is beautiful and has a great pool too. Generally very quiet. Being close to Nerjas iconic sites like the stunning beaches and the Balcon de Europa, made our stay even more delightful. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration.

The villa is very comfortable. It is a spectacular villa with breath-taking views.Our stay at Villa Medina Paloma was beyond incredible. We were swimming in the pool while we were enjoying stunning garden and sea views Nerjas charm was within reach, with places like the Balcon de Europa and the Nerja Caves just a short drive away, making this villa an ideal base to explore the areas beauty.

Most of the time we spend around the pool and on the balcony while enjoying the evening sea breeze. Good place, quiet, silent, very comfortable. As a tourist in this area, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We visited Nerja Caves and we enjoyed the scenic views of Maro village. Perfect!

Our second time for holidays in the villa, and we look forward to book it again soon. The views were stunning. A quiet place in nature is exactly what we are looking for every time we go to vacation. We love it! The villa has a pool and the amazing thing is it is completely private.You feel like a part of nature. Priceless.

Fabulous rural villa

We had a terrific week at Medina Paloma. Great views down towards Nerja and the sea. Great facilities and the pool was brilliant if a little cold. Top tip: Do not follow the sat nav from Frigiliana. Very steep, narrow road and then across a river bed before a tortuous climb. Take the slightly longer road through Nerja which is much easier.

Our time we spend around the pool and on the balcony while enjoying the evening sea breeze. Customer care sent us the driving instructions and all the information that we asked for the villa.They were very efficient and helpful. It was great to be able to sit on the shaded terrace area while the others had a swim in our private pool. Great villa in really quiet surroundings, which made us relax and enjoy our holiday at maximum.

Great stay

Beautiful location, about 10 mins drive from Nerja and 25 mins from Frigiliana. Pool very nice and full air con. Property could do with some additional stuff in the kitchen for cooking and the oven is a bit slow, but minor details. The property is traditional rather than modern. But overall beautiful views of the coast and peaceful. Road from Nerja not for the faint hearted. My advice would be to reverse up the driveway as its tights to turn . Overall a breathtaking location and perfect for a family of 4-6 people and great value.

The property, the location, everything about the place was absolutely beautiful. The only thing is if you are coming from it from the motorway don’t follow your satnav! It takes you to a dangerous, scary road!! Come off the motorway and head back into Nerja, eventually the satnav will redirect you another way which is much much easier. Apart from that, I would recommend this villa to everyone.

Booking Cancelled

Richard Smith is a representative of Agni Travel (Beach Villas), which is not clear on VRBO. Prior to booking I asked if there were any further charges than advertised and was advised "No". Once booked communication was direct from Agni Travel and not via VRBO as advised. Also once the deposit had been paid the balance was requested direct to Agni Travel and there was an additional charge for using credit card, 2 x red flags, 1. taking communication away from VRBO and direct with Agni Travel. 2. additional charges to use credit card or bank transfer free. Although my concerns were raised when cancelling they would not refund the deposit. I have used VRBO for years but unsure if I shall again with this lack of transparency

Authentieke Spaans huis met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben genoten van het mooie uitzicht, het zwembad en buitenbbq. Prachtig gelegen tussen de avocadobomen en mangobomen. Het huis is te bereiken via een klein weggetje, echt authentiek met oude ornamenten aan de muur, maar inmiddels wel toe aan wat modernisering hier en daar. De slaapkamers zijn prima en hebben wel heerlijk airco, alleen moet je helaas elke drie uur je bed uit om een tijdschakelaar te activeren om de hele nacht airco te hebben (wat wel nodig was in de warme juli week)…ook soms in middag overlast van hondengeblaf van de buurhuizen, maar dat is Spanje. Verder zat zat er veel chloor in het zwembadwater wat gele vlekken achterliet op onze badkleding, en dat hebben we bij de poolman en organisatie aangegeven. Het nabij gelegen Nerja en Frigliana is leuk om te bezoeken.
