Highly Rated Coyote Lakes home on 1st tee, Sunny getaway by the pool!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located on the first hole at the fantastic Coyote Lakes Golf Course.

Our house is very clean, and far away from the crowds. A great place to get away from the cold and enjoy the Arizona sunshine!

Catch a beautiful sunrise as you watch the golfers tee off from your private back porch, pool or from the comfort of the master bedroom or kitchen table. (Don't worry, they can't see you, and you can't hear them!) Better yet, take a short drive to the clubhouse and tee it up yourself!

The house has been fully remodelled, top to bottom. Everything is new - the furniture, the appliances, the beds and bedding, the towels, the washer and dryer, the dishes, glasses and even the towel rods! Everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation is here, waiting for you.

Enjoy the sun hanging out by the heated pool. If you like outdoor cooking, we have a Weber barbeque at your disposal. (Please note, there is an additional charge to heat the pool. We have installed a meter on the gas line, you only pay for what you use.)

The living room has a big sectional couch and a 65" 4K Smart TV with cable and internet (not that you will be spending much time watching TV.)

The primary suite has a king bed and TV, large ensuite with a big shower and 2 closets - one a huge walk-in. We installed a new Vigo sliding glass door and rainfall showerhead for the full spa experience in the primary ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom right beside it.

Surprise has so many things going on in the area. March is particularly busy with MLB Spring Training close by: Surprise Stadium (6 miles - Texas Rangers / Kansas City Royals), Peoria Sports Complex (6 miles - Seattle Mariners / San Diego Padres) and Camelback Ranch (13 miles - Los Angeles Dodgers / Chicago White Sox).

Not a ball fan? It's only about 20 minutes to Glendale, where the Cardinals (NFL) play, with a great outlet mall right beside the stadium as well.

There's lots of hiking (White Tank Mountain Regional Park, 17 miles), great shopping (Arrowhead Mall, 5 miles) and all sorts of other activities if you look around. We are very conveniently located just off Bell Road at 115th, very close to the 101 Loop highway around Phoenix.

What an amazing place to stay. The owner was so informative and answered all my questions quickly. The house is perfect. We enjoyed watching the golfers. The pool is perfect for just floating around watching the fighter jets working. Highly recommend

So amazing!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for our girls trip!! So clean and the owners were available for questions, and had everything in a document sent to us well before we arrived! Great location and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again!! Oh and the pool is wonderful too!

This was one of the most perfect homes I have ever stayed at on VRBO, well equipped with everything needed! The location is absolutely perfect and in a quiet area but close to anything you may need. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating, thanks for having us!!

Family Time

What a beautiful home to stay in for time with family, friends and close to absolutely everything! I loved sunrise and coffee by the pool. Such a peaceful way to start every day.

Great house on Coyote Lakes golf course

My husband and I visited Phoenix area for our anniversary and stayed at this house on Coyote Lakes golf course. The house is beautiful, located just off the first tee box. It has easy access to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. We sat out on the deck and watched the partridges and other wildlife. We would stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great place to stay!!

Brad and Glennis are the best! They were there if we ever needed anything (in which we didn't need anything). Very nice house, well kept, close to everything, grocery stores, shopping you name it! Would stay there again, but we are moving into a house just a few blocks down the street in the same neighbor.

perfect getaway vacation rental

The home matched the description as well as the pictures of the home. The home was well equipped, the dipping pool was great and was serviced every Friday. Also the location of the home was on Bell Avenue and close to Grand Avenue two major avenues to every store and bank. Enjoyed the property alot

Relaxing and Refreshing Getaway

We had a wonderful month at this home. We had the opportunity to meet the owners in person after working with them to schedule the month. I don’t use this word lightly but they were AWESOME in every way!The home was just as advertised and turn key. Also, friendly neighbors and very quiet. We’d love to return.

Great getaway

Was spending Thanksgiving with my daughter in the Phoenix area. Great home that is convenient to shops and for hiking the hills which was my second objective. It was a bit windy and cool yo use the pool which wss a bummer. Again great place and they checked in to make sure things were ok.

Perfect for one or two couples

The house was excellent in a very quiet golf course neighbourhood. It overlooked the first tee which was entertaining without being on display. The house was immaculate and well equipped. Everything in the house was pretty much new. Played coyote lakes golf course and enjoyed it very much. Just walked over to the club house. The owner was very helpful and prompt to respond to emails. We would definitely stay there again.

A M A Z I N G! Looking to rest and relax? This is the place!

My husband and I needed some time to rest, relax and enjoy some time away. What a great location! What a great accommodation! We were extremely happy with this house. It was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 2 other people. The neighborhood was a quiet oasis... and yet there were many restaurants and lots of shopping within a short distance. We played the golf course a couple of times during our stay which was an added bonus. The residence provided everything you need... fully stocked kitchen (if it's not in this kitchen... it doesn't exist... laughing), laundry, comfortable bed, towels for bathing and pool... and so much more. The pool was a nice size and there was plenty of lounging and seating outside too. All you need to do is bring your own personal clothes and personal care (don't forget the sunscreen) and your food/groceries for your stay. The property manager and the owner were a delight to work with and assisted with any of our questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!!

Best in Surprise

Close to shopping and dinning. Quiet location with frequent visits from the local roadrunner as well as an occasional coyote sighting! Brad and Glennis are wonderful to work with and have a lovely home here. It was our pleasure to get to meet them this year. Our original plans were to rent for a week to visit my mother who was celebrating her 101st birthday. Unfortunately, due to a unexpected health issue that arose with my mother we needed to move her from independent living to assisted living. Thus our plans changed drastically. Both Brad & Glennis were very kind & would more than willing to extend our visit to a month. Let's just say they are truly wonderful - kind people. They made their home our home so we could take care of thing as needed. We truly appreciate their kindness & willingness to adjust our length of stay. Great home & great people to rent from. Thank you both for your kindness & flexibility. We will always stay here when in town. Don & Roberta

An Understated Beauty!

This property from start to finish is highly recommended. The owners, Brad and Glennis are incredibly available and accommodating. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left (5 weeks), was a wonderful experience. We tried to book for next year, but the dates were already reserved. The home is a lovely layout, new furnishings with a welcoming heated backyard pool. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are so comfortable and cozy! The home has been recently updated. The East backyard exposure was perfect as we had direct sun in the yard until about 2 pm. We enjoyed watching golfers tee off from our yard. A resident roadrunner came for daily visits and was entertaining to watch. When you enter this home, be prepared to be impressed. The neighborhood is very friendly and secure. I met many people who allowed us to help ourselves, picking fresh lemons, and grapefruits from their trees. Our only comment would be that more lounger chairs are needed to tan by the pool. You will not be disappointed if you are fortunate enough to get a booking!!

We fell in love with Surprise the first time we stayed there and knew it was where we wanted to vacation for a long time to come. We hope you like our house as much as we do!

We love the sun, golf, hiking and swimming. Nothing like sitting on the back porch or taking a dip and watching the golfers tee off.

We have quail and hummingbirds that like to visit, plus our resident Roadrunner that keeps taunting the coyotes. Haven't found any Acme boxes yet...
