There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. In addition, there is a charging station for electric cars (Type 2) with a 7 m cable. The house is an activity house with plenty of entertainment for the whole family, including table football, billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, outdoor beach volleyball, hammocks, a soccer field, and mini golf courses. The cottage has nine bedrooms, all with new luxury beds, including six rooms with double beds, two rooms with two single beds, and one room with two Norwegian bunks that can accommodate six people.
