HOUSE RULES:

1. Your dog is welcome provided you follow the house rules: dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, bathroom, or on the couch. Furthermore, you must keep your dog on a leash while on the resort grounds and clean up after your dog by placing the waste in a bag and disposing of it in a trash can. Upon checkout, we will inspect the premises to determine whether a thorough cleaning is necessary; the cost for this is €40. If applicable, this amount will be deducted from the security deposit you paid.

2. A cash security deposit of €250 must be paid upon check-in.
This will be refunded in cash after a successful check-out.

3. The €145 cleaning fee consists of:

4. The Penthouse accommodates up to 4 adults and one child aged 12.
