The apartment is located in a private residence of the 19 rue du Canada, the most central location in the heart of Cannes, only 1min away from the world-renowned La Croisette, the private beaches, luxury boutiques, and fine dining. This Sea View apartment is situated on the second floor of the building.

The layout includes a big living room/kitchen/dining room with big floor-to-ceiling windows accessing the terrace and making the space very luminous. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep up some meals and has a kitchen breakfast bar. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The huge wrap-around balcony has some outdoor sitting and an alfresco dining table to enjoy meals under the sunny days of Cannes.

The apartment is right in the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
