This 3 bedroom villa, near the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom with capacity for 6 guests.



It is a cozy villa with a large private pool, set in a quiet, rural location with wonderful panoramic views .

The swimming pool at this villa measures 8 meters x 4 meters. It has a depth of 1.3 meters at the shallow end and 1.70 meters at the deep end.

Although, on arrival it felt a little isolated, it became very clear, 10 minutes drive north you're in Frigiliana and 10 minutes south you're in Nerja (you need a car really), unless you enjoy walking. They're are plenty of shops and restaurants in either town, but Nerja also has plenty of big supermarkets, including Aldi and Lidl. The house has all the facilities you need, including a tv with a lot of english channels, it's a clean and bright space. Outdoors is a lovely experience, loads of space, and beautifully kept. There are a number of terraces, and the steps down lead to a fantastic pool area. Very private, with plenty of space to enjoy a bbq. There is also a very sunny roof terrace. It also has plenty of car parking space.

The villas location and outdoor spaces are amazing. The pool is large for a private rental and the children loved this. The communication with the management team was excellent before, during and after the stay. The kitchen and bathroom are both a little tired but functional.

We had a fantastic two weeks at Villa Ana Maria with our three young children.

The villa enjoys wonderful views from the terrace. It was spacious and very well equipped. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing homely villa . The agency was very welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. A comfortable house, beautiful views from the garden, nice swimming pool, a lot of space around the house, great outdoor area with BBQ. Close enough to Frigiliana and Nerja for a day trip. Communication with Maribel and the agency went perfectly!

We spent a great month in this lovely villa — spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was perfect for daily swims, and the outdoor area offered amazing views and plenty of privacy. A few small things came up, but they were sorted out quickly and efficiently. We’d happily recommend this place and would love to return someday.

Excellent stay

Great property and pool. Spent most of the days in the wonderful pool. There were 7 of us who were in and out all day. Plenty big enough for fun. Barbecue I wouldn’t have used. Looked dirty and old. I would say you would need a car and not quite near any food shops. Between Nerja and Frigiliana. Great views and peaceful location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great Villa in an excellent location near Frigiliana

The pool was excellent for swimming, the outdoor space was really good, fantastic views and great location not overlooked. The villa was spacious and comfortable and provide everything we needed for a month. We had a couple of small problems that were sorted very quickly so no complaints. We would definitely recommend the villa and will definitely come back again. There is a draw front that needs fixing in the kitchen and also mosquito nets to the windows would add to the property.

The villa is in a beautiful location, in between Nerja and Frigiliana. A car is advised, although there is a bus stop 10 minutes walk away. The outdoor areas of the villa are very nice, well kept, with an excellent pool, plenty of space, a nice eating area upstairs, and a large roof terrace, all with fantastic views. The sun loungers are good, but the plastic chairs are cheap, flimsy, and to be honest, dangerous. One collapsed when I sat on it (I'm not particularly heavy!) and we had to avoid using another as it flexed a lot when used. They all urgently need replacing. Inside the villa is adequate, although could do with some renovation. We have stayed in this villa before 4 years ago, and it was looking a little tired then. One bedroom seems to have been renovated to a good standard, but the others are as they were. The kitchen is looking a bit shabby. The bathroom is small but ok. The main bedroom is an excellent size and could easily accommodate a bigger bed than the queen size one currently in there. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room, but not in the other two bedrooms. They were quite uncomfortable, although the overhead fans did provide some respite. Communications with the host were excellent, and the check in was very smooth and easy. All in all we had a very good time, but the villa could do with a few updates

We spent two weeks at Villa Anamari and had a wonderful time. We settled in quickly, thanks to the warm welcome and great communication we received from our host, and by the end our visit it felt like home! The villages of Nerja and Frigiliana are beautiful and very welcoming. We took advantage of the local shops for supplies and we often stopped in the main square for coffeea cervezaa bite to eat at the great restaurants We hiked many trails nearby and the beach was only a short drive away. It was also well situated to explore more of Andalucia,as a place just to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We’d highly recommend this property!

Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage

Et perfekt sted at slappe af og nyde ferien. Alt var meget rent og velholdt. Poolen er en sand luksus og perfekt til afslapning på alle tidspunkter af dagen. Udendørsområdet er godt indrettet med plads til at spise, hvile og hygge sig med familien

Fantastische locatie en buitenruimte

Locatie en buitenruimte zijn we enthousiast over. De woning is gedateerd, de keuken heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. De deuren van de slaapkamers sluiten niet. De badkamer is niet optimaal. Ondanks diverse gebreken hebben wij toch weer geboekt voor 6 weken begin 2026.

Repetiremos proximamente, ya que nos ha gustado mucho.

Recomendado. Spain rentals se ha preocupado en todo momento de que estuviéramos cómodos. La atención es increible. El alojamiento es un sitio muy acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para desconectar.
