The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people, offering a cozy living space consisting of an open-concept living-kitchen area, a private bathroom, and a spacious bedroom.
The bedroom is bright and airy, with French doors opening onto the main street, offering a breathtaking view of the main thoroughfare and treating you to a unique spectacle every time you step out onto the balcony. In addition, it is equipped with air conditioning and a 43-inch flat-screen TV.
The bright and well-ventilated kitchen is equipped with a portable fan heater to ensure your maximum comfort during your stay.

The apartment is easily accessible from the A14 highway, just 6 km from the Molfetta exit. It is also well-connected to Bari Palese - Karol Wojtyla International Airport via the Ferrovie del Nord Barese railway, which takes less than 30 minutes.
Its strategic location will allow you to easily explore the surrounding attractions, such as the ancient village of Sovereto, just 3 km away, with its medieval church dating back to the 11th century, as well as Ruvo, Bitonto, Trani, Giovinazzo, and Andria—all of which still preserve their precious Romanesque cathedrals—as well as the Frederick II-era castle of Castel del Monte.
